How many years does the battery last?
Our Medi-X units offer batteries with a design life of either 5 years or 10 years. Typically, 5-year design life batteries last 3-4 years, and 10-year design life batteries last around 8 years.
Can you connect more than one fridge to a unit?
Yes, you can. When connecting multiple fridges, total their wattage and use our runtime table. For example, backing up a 150W and a 120W fridge requires selecting a load of 270W.
Can the unit notify you when power fails?
Yes, this can be done through a relay or if you have an internet connection, it can send an email.
